Kudos Club

 

The Kudos Club is a point redemption program, which gives you, our residents, a credit against your rent when you renew your lease.  Here’s how it works:
 

• All residents must be current on their rent in order to receive points

• For every month you are current and you pay your rent on time, by 5pm on the close of the first business day of each month, you will receive 2 points for the first year, 3 points for the second year and 4 points each month after that. But please remember you must be current with your rent payments

• All residents are considered to be in the first year with the start of this program - sorry no backtracking.

• We will also reward you for submitting maintenance and quarterly surveys. Each resident (by unit) can receive a maximum of 2 points/year in both categories

• Each unit will receive 6 points for renewing you lease the first time, 12 points each time you renew after that.

• Points may be redeemed for credit toward your rent (no cash given).

• Points may only be redeemed upon lese renewal and your account must be in good standing.

• Points can be accumulated for up to three years, after the third year, points must be turned in or they will expire.

• Points are earned on a per unit basis not by the individual residents.

• Residents who are behind in their rent payments may not accumulate points.

• Money towards rent will be credited towards any month you choose

Point balances can be checked in the rental office at any time.
